Volunteers Needed

  • Manager – oversees everything
  • Assistant Manager – acts as floater to help as needed
  • Coffee/snacks chief – oversees coffee and snack area
  • Coffee/snacks 1st shift – makes coffee, runs snack table through end of 1st break
  • Coffee/snacks 2nd shift – coffee & snack table from 2nd break through end, cleans up
  • CD and Door chief – oversees CD sales and ticket taking
  • CD and Door crew – three people assist
  • Stage Manager – oversees all performance aspects, sometimes MCs also
  • Sound – two people set up up & run sound system, including sound check
  • MC – emcees show, shmoozes with audience & performer, takes care of performer
  • Bakers (15) – bake 80 to 100 pieces each
